HYPOCRITE AMY WINES AND DINES WITH”ABORTIONISTS” AND “SAME SEX SUPPORTERS”.

screenshot_20190122-122846_twitter

EAMON MARTIN HAS BEEN GURNING AND GIVING OUT ABOUT THE DAIL AND THE IRISH POLITICIANS FOR INTRODUCING ABORTIONS AND SAME SEX MARRIAGE INTO IRELAND – AND YET THE OTHER DAY HE WENT OFF TO DUBLIN TO WINE AND DINE WITH THOSE SAME POLITICIANS!

Does that not make him a hypocrite?

If I felt as strongly about abortion and same sex marriage as Amy does – I would not be caught dead partying with the people that brought those political realities to realization.

But of course Amy and his colleagues like to be in the limelight and at the centre of things.

I wonder if he gave Leo Varadkar and his husband a hug?

And, of course, the Irish government and officials should not be inviting Amy & Co to state and political events.

The likes of Amy does not truly represent anyone in Ireland. He was appointed by the head of a foreign state to his position – a rogue state – The Vatican – That specialises in sexual abuse and every other form of corruption.

I was delighted when Enda Kenny closed the Irish embassy to The Vatican. I had hoped it would remain closed.

I would have also liked the Irish Government to send home the papal nuncio, permanently.

Ireland is becoming a modern, secular and pluralist state.

Religion should be confined to the home and the Sunday church.

It should play no role in state and political life.

For far too long the RC bishops ran Ireland and made a total mess of it.

The RC church in Ireland should be treated as a private club like a golf club.

And people like Amy should stick to their own business – the business of running a corrupt international conglomerate.

AMY ACCEPTS JAMES LUKE MC CONNELL’S DEFECTION FROM THE RC CHURCH

Where has James Luke McConnell defected to? I must have missed this story? I didn’t know there was any formal defections from the Roman rite church.

Wasn’t he the very disturbed priest to whom Eamon {NOT Amy] Martin wrote such a beautiful letter. Bishop Pat might have helped him and “saved” him from the church, but as we know Bishop Pat wants everybody to leave the church — the church Christ founded….

The church did much worse things in the past than anything complained of today. And yet it remains Christ’s church…

Like

Christ did NOT found a church (in the modern sense of the word), much less the systemically corrupt, institutional Roman Catholic Church.

Jesus gathered followers (disciples); this is all he did. (Well, apart from suffering, dying, and rising from death…the price, in his time, for loving obedience to his Father.)

About time he accepted his defection, as a neighbour of McConnell’s I’d have accepted it months ago!
I hope this is an end to his outrageous behaviour which brings disrespect and disrepute to our area.
Not one person in Middletown condones his terrible harrassment and his time wasting of the emergency services money.
Don’t know what he’ll do with his time now, maybe preach or lecture people (as he likes to be heard) a little more on Atheism!

Bishop Pat, Jesus ‘wined and dined’ with tax collectors and assorted other ‘sinners’, but it did not make him a hypocrite.

Like

Was not Jesus criticised for eating and associating with “tax collectors and sinners”? Surely it is part of his job and any priest’s job! It is what they are expected to do – ” I did not come to the righteous but sinners to repentance.”
I do not infer that the politicians to whom he refers are ‘in conscience” sinners – you did, Bishop!!
And do you not, like most priests, deal regularly with God’s children no matter what their condition?

Jesus was true God AND true man, and Eamon Martin imitates the human Jesus much better than anyone here.

Jesus Christ was True God and True Man, and not division between the two is possible.

You are not.

I assume it is Eamon Martin himself who has been writing these blog postings, comparing himself to Jesus Christ, aka, the Second Person of the Trinity, incarnated!

A golf club, Bp Pat? A swingers club would be a more appropriate business model. Install a couple of saunas at Maynooth, and it would be a home from home for most of them.

Pat, I don’t see anything hypocritical about Archbishop Martin associating with politicians. Nine whatsoever. This is you being mischievious and malicious. If each of us decided not to share company with our moral, social and spiritual adversaries we’d soon be very isolated and useless. Doesn’t it show a maturity that despite our huge differences of opinions on moral and ethical issues, we can still converse with one another. If I was to cease contact with all those who differ from me on many issues, I’d have few friends! Grow up Pat. Grow up. This silly, infantile observation is hardly worth talking about. If this is your big concern, how pathetic and how wasteful a preoccupation. God bless iur Bishops.

Is the Ceann Comhairle also a fag, Bp Pat?

And there were we believing (the lie) that the great Patsy, our hero, was mixing in Jesus’ company of all sorts. Hiw deceived we were! What a bizarre piece of commentary! Didn’t Jesus sit with sinners of all kinds and thus, in dialoguing and communing, challenged people to renew and change their lives? What really is the purpose of today’s blog?

Amy is a total hypocrite. Perhaps he should answer letters of concern about his c*ck hungry clergy. No, he prefers to hob knob and be seen shaking hands with people who clearly don’t want the Catholic Church about the place. People say Jesus dined with sinners but he challenged them. Did Amy challenge the politicians over their stance on abortion and same sex marriage at this event? Did he hell. He was too busy sipping the vino and shaking hands and smiling- all false beyond compare. People fall for this nonsense, the truth is that Amy is to much of a wimp and scaredy cat to issue any challenge directly. He’d rather write some letter to them instead in the comfort and luxury of Ara Coeli. The aul false limp wristed hypocrite.

11.30: Get a life you phillistine, trying to make a story out of a non event. Such supercilious concerns, you moron. Of course Archbishop Martin is right to courteously respond to invitations. You are clearly one of Amy’s Armagh Priest defenders. Maybe it’s you Aidan? We can’t have Amy upset, can we? Please don’t send the PSNI to my house for posting about him.

You’ll find that he ‘challenged’ the self-righteous: the Pharisees and Sadduces.

Sinners (in Judaistic terms, those considered outside Mosaic Law) drew his sympathy and encouragement.

If you harangue people 😆, you just make a nuisance of yourself and get nowhere.

I read in the Irish Times that some Government Ministers were unhappy with Eamon Martin being there and some went out of their way to avoid him. No surprise there really!! Many recognise that his handling of his own diocese speaks for itself. He sends a lot of his Northern sexually problematic priests into the Republic – namely Co. Louth.

What a load of old tosh – primate of all Ireland my hole. It’s only a fancy title that means little. Sure Dublin held the red hat not that long ago. It’s about time Dublin got the title back because the last number of Cardinals in Armagh were not fit for Office and a total disgrace – charlatans.

I can’t believe here inget this Armagh that we will be stuck with this pathetic excuse of Archbishop for years to come. Can someone not get this inexperienced totally out of his depth leader a desk job somewhere in Rome. We’ve had the misfortune in Armagh for years of having incompetent weak leadership. We are still getting over the wounded healer Brady and then this present buffoon comes along.

He’s currently 57 years old. So you are stuck with + Martin of Armagh for another 18 years. Unless he gets moved out because of some dirty past (?), or gets moved over to Rome and a ‘promotion’ and a desk, or he goes to his Eternal Reward a bit early. Other than that you have him for a long time to come. Good luck !

When Jesus dined with other leaders he challenged them both by the way he lived and by what he said. Sadly, our leading clergymen seem unable to do the same. Their deafening silence when ordinary people tried to defend life of the child in the womb has not gone unnoticed and is an ominous sign. To be well thought of by the rich and powerful seems to be the goal of so many clergymen today. Sad times indeed.

Like

9.08. A total exaggeration of a comment. The Bishops made very clear statements but were drowned out by loud pro choice noises, a hostile media and a population who wrongly and used the referendum to express their dissatisfaction with the Church re: abuse scandals, knowing that the outcome of pro repeal would result in abortion on demand. So let’s place some responsibility on ordinary catholics who followed the “get at the Church mob”. Shame on them too.

Like

9.08 For the most part leading clergymen in Ireland have ticked boxes on abortion for thirty years. The knew their ticked box voices would be drowned out and it suited them. They know that they did not speak out in a way that they would be heard and engage. They sold out the unborn and the pro-life people.

Like

Now that poor James has finally received from the Catholic church what he had been seeking what will he do to fill his time. No more hanging around churches or parochial houses for him. Oh wait news just in. James is now going to help save all the unborn children in Ireland. How lucky they and the pro-life movement must feel when they see brave James riding over the hill on his white horse to save them all.
