RORY COYLE IN MINISTRY IN LONDON!

STATEMENT BY YOUNG MAN WHO TALKED WITH RORY ON GRINDR.

“I saw your blog post about Fr Rory Coyle.

I can probably tell you why he has vanished.

He spoke to me on Grindr a few times and kept wanting to come to my mum’s house for sex with me while she was at work.

He sent me lots of naked pics of himself too. When I realised who he was I sent them to a journalist along with the screenshots of his sex chat. Then Fr Coyle’s FB was locked up tight as a drum. I assume the journalist contacted the diocese about it cos the next thing Fr Coyle went to ground.

He’s a dirty bastard; orgies in Dublin, gay beaches in Portugal, renting rooms by the hour in Soho in London for sex meets. He told me all about it. He told me a whole lot more about his exploits but I didn’t save it. He’s a total pervert.

He didn’t realise I knew him cos he used to be the school chaplain at XX XXXXX in XXXXXXXXX when I used to go there.

He’s just a hypocrite. Denouncing gay people from the pulpit and then shagging guys when no one is looking.

You can relax. I’m over 18 so at least he’s not a paedo. lol.

I’d love to know what actually happened if/when the diocese found out what he was up to.

I guess we’ll never know what goes on behind closed church doors, though clearly you’re well connected enough to know that something was going on”.

MOTHER HEN AMY AND RORY HER CHICK

PAT SAYS

There is only ONE PERSON capable of setting Rory Coyle up in London and that person is AMY MARTIN.

Rory would not be ministering in London without the intervention and recommendation of Amy.

Many bishops have “pets”. These pets are normally decent looking young priests and often gay.

Rory is Amy’s pet.

Amy probably feels that bringing him back to minister in Armagh would be a bit too soon. It would be a highly controversial move.

But London is fine. Its where the Catholic Irish have always banished all their SINNERS – pregnant girls, women seeking abortions, homosexuals – and now OUR BAD PRIESTS.

We don’t know YET whether Rory is in the Archdiocese of Westminister, the Archdiocese of Southwark or living with a religious order.

But Amy has arranged it all.

We know Amy is a bitch with those who displease her.

And we know she is a Mother Hen to her pet chicks.

Has Rory been “cured”?

Or will he be renting Soho rooms like he said he did on Grindr?

As has been pointed out here on more than one occasion in the past, one of your weaknesses is your inability to evaluate your sources. A second has emerged in recent posts: you read into a text things which are not there. A perfect example is what you have written here.

But, if Rory is keeping his dick in his pants and his tongue in his mouth, then I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt.
But, if any of our London correspondents come across him out on the scene, or in the gay bars and saunas, or in the cruising sites, then they should let us know.
This man is on a short leash, and only if he has taken the ‘cure’ and is serious about keeping his promises and not being a hypocrite, should we give him the benefit of the doubt.
For clarification, I don’t care a jot about what people get up to sexually, as long as it is within the law. What I do care about is hypocrisy. And in the current situation in the RC Church, a priest promises to be celibate and chaste. Until that requirement changes, Rory and co have to keep to the rules and expectations. Anything other is crass hypocrisy, and undermines trust. If the RC Church wants to change the rules, then fine by me, and Rory can get his end away to his heart’s delight. But in the meantime, he needs to play the game, or it is offski for him !
And, yes, + Amy probably does have a soft spot for. him, perhaps even the hots.

  7. Pat, your story today about (Fr.) Rory Coyle is very sad, sad from the perspective of continuing to harrass, intimidate and “out” him. Who knows if he hasn’t turned his life around or is at least is trying to do so? If Archbishop Martin sees some goodness and ability in him, despite failures and mistakes and some level of immaturity, is he not doing the Christ action of giving a second and even a third chance to Rory? I don’t know the full facts, nor do you, except what’s posted viciously to you by spurned “possible lovers” whose motivations are questionalbe. We all need support in turning our lives round to God’s ways and often we walk very crooked pathways first. The ideals of Priesthood take lifetime to work out. Yes, we are each called to fidelity in imitation of CHRIST ALONE but we are human beings first and foremost and therefore are caught in the cauldron of human, sexual and emotional needs. I do not condone deliberate flaunting of vows taken, but if a priest falls into this natural desire for human intimacy, is he to be condemned forever by the voices of nastiness, threats to tell all, intimidation, on going bitchiness and harrassment….If Rory is attempting to reorient his life more towards God and what’s expected of him, then he needs support and encouragement..The witch hunt yet again is repugnant and morally unacceptable. As for your demonizing and feminising yet again Archbishop Martin…..You promised an end to this prepubescent immaturity and wring doing, but it says more about which end of the gutter barrel you dwell in Pat, the deep, filthy end.

      1. Actually, Pat, there is a debate about whether the English translation of the Masoretic Text and the LXX should be ‘You shall not kill.’ or ‘You shall not murder.’ Clearly ‘You shall not kill.’ has rarely if ever been considered a moral absolute. Capital punishment is a case in point. Pope Francis has pointed out the anomaly on that score. The official R.C. teaching on the death penalty now is that it is never permissible. A certain cardinal who likes to dress in purple (red actually) and fine linen disagrees.

Those sources cannot be judged independently of gospel teaching, which is the supreme arbiter of moral doctrine. And Jesus’ words and example indicate, without question, that the commandnent must, and always should have, read: ‘Thou shall not kill.’

The recent expungement of centuries-old teaching morally approving capital punishment is substantive, and overwhelming proof, that the Roman Catholic magisterium was never assured, by Christ, of reliability in its teaching. This was presumed by such theologically conservative popes, like Pius X.

Pope Francis explaining this expungement as an ‘evolution’ in Church teaching was euphemistical to the point of lying.

        Nonsense.
The Hebrew uses a verb which doesn’t distinguish semantically between premeditated and involuntary killing:
        לֹ֥֖א תִּרְצָֽ֖ח׃
        The Septuagint opts for
        οὐ φονεύσεις.
When your judgment of Pope Francis’ decisions is based on non-existent exegetical competence, it is risible to assume anything you right might persuade anyone of anything.
Rhetorical flushes ‘without question;’ ‘must;’ ‘always should have,’ add nothing to your exegetical and interpretative skill, such as it is. All they do is to indicate you don’t know what you are talking about.

The ‘clarification’ is anything but. Obfuscation is more like it. A square circle makes more sense than that. If that was intended as a clarification, then the last state is worse than the first.
The litany of your areas of error and bluff increases: first biblical studies, then history, followed by moral theology. Here perhaps more than anywhere else is seen the more fundamental weaknesses: those of language. All of the other areas rely on a standardised use of language, including agreed definitions of words such as absolute and exception. Alice-in-Wonderland attitudes like those of words’ meaning what (idiosyncratic) you want them to mean are wonderful and imaginative in fairy-tales. That’s where they belong.

I’m sure I advised you before to sharpen your comprehension; if I didn’t, I apologise.
For someone (you) to deny Jesus’ instructions and example as the arbiter of moral doctrine is more than nonsense; it would boggle even Satan’s rebellious mind.
As for involuntary killing, did I mention this? No. Instead, you read it into my words.
Will you please stop conflating your disarrayed thoughts with mine; it’s downright embarrassing.😳
And my judgement of Pope Francis’ decision, you fool, is based on the fact that centuries of teaching that approved capital punishment has now been expunged. (For goodness sake learn to read as well as comprehend.)
The reasons Francis stated for this (human dignity, etc) have always, and universally, applied. Which means that successive magisteria were always in grave error in approving such killing. How many souls have been led to perdition because of this biblical heresy? Francis is not the sharpest intellect, but he’s not so blunt either that he cannot see this. Hence the euphemistical lie.

The direct link between, on the one hand, the Hebrew of the MT לֹ֥֖א תִּרְצָֽ֖ח׃ which actually prohibits pre-meditated killing, which category includes capital punishment and, on the other, Francis’ calling out of the death penalty for what it is, namely, a direct breach of this commandment is so obvious as to make it tactless even to state it. When you look at how this verb was translated by the LXX the point is clear a fortiori.
If your anti-Francis rant – and it is nothing less and nothing more – is based on the level of understanding of basic hermeneutical and exegetical principles displayed in your offerings here, no one need me in any doubt that you are out of your depth. Stick to what you do best: ad hominem insults, uncivilised uses of language, vulgarities of expression. These become you more than your forays into areas you are not competent to dabble in.

And it’s fine that people, including us, keep an eye on him. What’s wrong with that ? He needs to know all this, and hopefully this blog will make him aware that he is on a short leash and needs to behave himself and live a priestly life, if he wants to continue being a priest. Rory has foregone his right to privacy and a private life, firstly by the fact that he is a public figure making public promises and acting in the public sphere, and secondly because he made himself a public figure by his previous behaviour which was contrary to his public persona. Hash, I know, but it is the reality. He and so many priests think that they can play around and away, and be part time faithful to their position and their promises, have their cake and eat it etc. Well, they need to know that they are being watched and are accountable, and that those of us in the pews are not idiots and know what we see. So, Rory, be a good boy and a holy priest and all will be fine for you. If you can’t do that, then do the honest and decent thing and go off and do something else. But, don’t take us for fools. O Maggie hon. you’ve been on the gargle a lot more than a week, perhaps that’s why your posts are so cynical and full of venom about priests who have had allegations made against them. You seem unwilling to give them the benefit of the doubt, and accept each and every allegation as the truth, which they are not. Try and wait until we have absolute proof that they are guilty then you and I will be in complete agreement as what should be done with them.

  25. For any priest who happens to stray, make errors of judgment, fail in any way, breakdown or need professional help or be experiencing huge personal issues of a sexual or emotional nature, to be discussed on this blog is akin to a gladiatorial spectacle. It’s a place where individuals are terrorised, threatened, harassed, intimidated, torn to pieces, mauled viciously, denigrated through name calling…I just really wonder set about the WHY of it all!!!! Whatever about denouncing and exposing sexual abuse and cover ups, that’s necessary and absurdly essential, whatever about debating serious Church issues about gay sexuality, women in the Church, married priests, more lay roles of responsibility – all are relevant – but the deliberate pit bull terrier style of tearing strips of others, that I find very wrong. We each fail, make mistakes, are often confused about sexuality, desire intimacy, are sinful and imperfect, so I cannot agree with any agenda of personalised hostility, harrassment or abusing any one through a social media blog. Surely our Christianity urges charity, mercy, forgiveness…..

fathom why there is a need to constantly beat down another human being who, yes, has made mistakes, inconsistent with priesthood. But can the complete crucifixion meted out to him in the past and now really be justified? Less of your bravaura mercilessness – a little more tolerance….As of CHRIST….

    2. Oh, please ! Stop being so naive. If left to the Church and + Amy, all this stuff would be swept under the carpet and the veneer of pious respectability would be maintained. Just as in the past. And we would have been fooled again. Remember, all this stuff these guys get up to is on our time and on our money. So, we have a right to know what is going on. Not so we can make things more difficult, but just so that we are not hoodwinked. The Church has done that for too long. In any other organisation / business, help would be given, but the individual would be called to account and if they did not improve they would be out. So, it is perfectly reasonable for + Pat to look for an accounting, because + Amy et al would just let it disappear, and Rory would be mollycoddled for the whole of his life. I hope that he is on the straight (at least in terms of what he gets up to, I don’t care if he’s gay) and narrow and lives the life he is publicly professing. Anything else just means that he is making fools of us, and I for one do not like being made a fool of. So, if he is being priestly and pastoral and holy and keeping to his promise of celibacy, then fine, let him carry on. But, if he is not….well, + Pat will know and we will all then know. and we are perfectly without our rights to demand that the man is thrown out ! Actually, I think it is being kind and loving and compassionate to be tough with the likes of Rory. Anything else will be misunderstood by him as permission to carry on as before. He needs tough love. At least + Pat’s forensic oversight is providing that, which I doubt if + Amy is providing. Mind you, if he is in London on + Elsie’s territory, he better watch out. The clerical / diocesan Stasi will be keeping an eye out for him and reporting back to + Elsie. And if he puts a foot wrong, then he will get the rough side of + Elsie’s tongue. Oh, perish the thought ! So, the poor boy better behave himself.

Might it have to do with the fact that your post at 4:06 was a protracted gripe against this blog for exposing priestly hypocrisy and priestly sexual promiscuity? 28. Pat, do you think that clergymen living double lives and destroying the faith of so many will be held to account one day? Also, if there was a miraculous healing from a sexual addiction, why is the recipient of such a grace not testifying to it?

    Like

    1. You ask excellent questions.

I do think that clergymen destroying peoples faith will be held to account. Jesus said so.

Sexual addiction is a big problem with RC priests. There is an organisation called SA Sex Anonymous that helps.

I think people can manage sexual addiction.

You cannot be cured from your sexual orientation.

I saw him naked several times and he never came on to me or anyone else. He has not been posted to a London Parish. He has supplied only with blessing of both Bishops. He made a mistake and has never preached against gays, so no double standards. Leave him alone you bunch of gay bashers.
