The answer to this big problem can be helped by:

1. Gay priests coming out to their bishops and superiors and publicly and forcing the RCC to take a stand one way or the other.

2. The RCC, if it believes that gay people are intrinsically disordered must dismiss all actively gay priests.

3. The other option is for the RCC to change it teachings on homosexuality and celibacy.
