IS POPE FRANCIS TOTALLY CORRUPT?

Product Description – AMAZON

For almost forty years, Honduran ambassador Alejandro Valladares was among the closest friends of the man who would become Pope Francis’ “vice pope” and lead his efforts to restructure the Vatican: Cardinal Oscar Andrés Rodríguez Maradiaga.

In Sacred Betrayals, Valladares’ widowed spouse reveals the troubling web of financial and moral corruption that she discovered after their family’s life savings disappeared in a bogus investment scheme recommended by Maradiaga, one that led ultimately to the highest reaches of the Vatican, and to Pope Francis himself.

Martha Alegría de Valladares exposes the naked impunity and abuses committed by Maradiaga under the regime of Francis, and cries out for justice, both for herself and for the innumerable other victims of clerical corruption. No concerned Catholic can ignore her testimony.

Review

“Alegría’s testimony regarding Cardinal Maradiaga’s involvement of their family in a fraudulent financial scheme, as well as his defense and cover-ups of his auxiliary bishop is deeply shocking. More disturbing is her revelation that Francis continues to protect Maradiaga despite all the misdeeds for which Maradiaga has made himself personally responsible.”  — From the foreword by Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò, former Apostolic Nuncio to the United States

“This book is dynamite! The compelling testimony of Martha Alegria Reichmann — a widow betrayed by a powerful cardinal she had once considered a close friend — has the power to break down the wall of silence that protects Cardinal Óscar Rodríguez Maradiaga, and expose the corruption that reaches to the very top of the Vatican.” — Philip Lawler, editor of Catholic World News, author of Lost Shepherd: How Pope Francis is Misleading his Flock

“We have here just one case study of the vast corruption in the Church that flourishes under Pope Francis, and of the Pope’s hypocrisy in promoting it. As the author remarks: ‘One gets the impression that the devil is gradually taking over the institutions of the Church.'” — H.J.A. Sire, author of The Dictator Pope

About the Author

Martha Alegría Reichmann de Valladares is the widow of the former ambassador to the Holy See for Honduras and Dean of the Vatican Diplomatic Corps, Alejandro Emilio Valladares Lanza. She has lived in Rome since 1991. In addition to Sacred Betrayals, she has written two books of spiritual poetry and narrative, one of which, Yo te encontré (“I found you”) was published by the Vatican in 2013

PAT SAYS

I know that Francis has enemies in the Vatican – among the “old guard”.

But it does look as if Francis has surrounded himself with a right old clerical mafia.

And he is a Jesuit. And you can never really trust a Jesuit.

And, he has a worrying history with evil types in Argentina.

But its nothing new.

The RC institution has been truly evil for a very long time.

I think the extreme Protestant stance about the pope being the Anti Christ is too simplistic.

But the RC institution, with its history of murder, torture, corruption, politicking, etc does make it a strong candidate for being part of the Kingdom of the Evil One.

Francis & Co are just its current manifestation.

Pat, anything that Vigano writes the forward for is immediately suspect. Vigano is as mad as a box of frogs.

Pat, I think it would be good to see the oratory offer spiritual retreats, post pandemic. Maybe in the form of a weekend retreat. This would offer a participant the chance of spiritual direction in a nice setting, but also contribute to the local economy and generate revenue for the oratory.

He must have done something positive if Viganò is riled.

As well as that he accepted the Holy Spirit’s call.

11:21 am – “We all make mistakes…”?
Let’s approach this from a logical, rational and morally ethical perspective — with the impetus of Christ’s own-words, which are recorded in Holy Scripture…
Actively covering up the abuse of children – and systematically protecting the perpetrators of that abuse – is NOT a MISTAKE.
It is a willful, intrinsically EVIL and disordered ac: It is also a very serious criminal offence and is considered repugnant, and not only by those who believe in God…
Did Christ not say: “Suffer the little children to come unto me”? Yes, He did. Therefore: it is ANTI-CHRIST by its very nature.
… Christ also said: “You will know them by their fruits…”, didn’t He? Yes, He did.
Is the “writing on the wall”? Yes, I believe it is; and I believe it couldn’t be any more clearer. x

Jealousy! Jealous of what, pray tell. By the way, St. Paul tells Timothy- the love of money is the root of all kinds of evil. (1 Timothy 6:10). In other words greed, not jealousy.

The archdiocese of Santa Fe is being forced to sell over 700 properties to recompense the victims of its clergy.
This has brought out several interesting facts, including revealing the full extent of the archdiocese property – many of these properties are small lots with nothing built on them. In the church’s familiar play book, it tried to hide assets and protect assets by transferring ownership, but this has rightly been overturned by a judge.https://apnews.com/article/lawsuits-business-santa-fe-sexual-abuse-by-clergy-religion-b425668f468c4beebb0ca8c277a37b83
The question is not whether Franky is corrupt but whether anyone who is not corrupt can be found.

Does anyone know where Bede Walsh, Joe Quigley or Matthew Jollie are incarcerated or how you can find out which prison their in? A prison visitor was asking me if they are allowed to receive visits – I have no idea where they are or who can visit them or even if they would want a visit – a priest friend said to me that they are like nuclear waste once they are convicted and no one will go near them for fear of being contaminated- I think that’s a bit harsh as even Myra Hindley had prison visitors – Lord Longford if I remember correctly. Mind you I have found that once a priest is jailed no one ever mentions him again – it’s like he’s dead to them – charming, whatever happened to Christian charity.

They used to go to HMP Wymott. There were enough in there at one time to form a presbyterate the size of Wrexham diocese.

The Church turns its back on no one whatever their sin.
The Chapliancy team will be visiting and Holy mass will be available.
As for visits it is up to the prisioner to send out invites or passes to theose he wishes to see.
However the clergy will always treat them with respect.
Your friends can send letters to the prisioner and he should reply.
Any prisioner with faith or no faith we will visit.

Is HMP Wymot like a special gaol for paedophile priests? Can they get treatment there?
Quigley was tried at Warwickshire crown Court
Walsh – Cheadle – Stafford crown Court
Mind you I think Walsh and Quigley lived at Aston Hall, Stone, which actually is for sick or retired clergy.
Jollie – Liverpool Crown Court
I don’t know how it works – do they get to the prison near to where their trial was held or are they shipped off to HMP Wymat – isn’t Gloucester and Stafford HMP a sexual crime prison – I honestly don’t know – my prison visitor friend asked me if I knew – the parish priest in Cheadle had no idea where Walsh is – same for Quigkeys and Jollie’s PP – funny because the PP of Jollies last parish described Jollie as ‘irreplaceable’ in his newsletter – nobody knows nothing about Quigley- he’s like the war, don’t mention it!! Thank God for prison visitors they see the person not the crime – without diminishing the crime.

I reckon, despite the denials, that Pope Jonn Pails obsession with anti-communism blinded him or motivated him to court players who he could rely on to divert funds to Solidarity – Marcial Maciel, Sodano, Dziwiscz, and any sleaze ball willing to show him the money – it’s always about the money, follow the money. Oh and McCarrick and clearly the Hondurian had or have their hands in the money pot!!

6.19pm show me the money

Yes it’s always about the money. Jp ii needed the money and also at the same time turn a blind eye towards Marciel sexual proclivities. That is not the mark of great man. I don’t call him jpii the great, just jp ii that’s it.

One thing that I noticed was that money movers or shakers get promoted to cardinals but not all cardinals. Just for example, mc Carrick, Law, Honduran one, culpich, sodano and Dolan. Dziwisz I think is being investigated at the mo in poland, correct me if I’m wrong there.

Not only money but abuses being repeated all over the world such as frankie gaslighter best pal Zachetta. Frankie the gaslighter being surrounded by his dodgy and corrupt cardinals. Is that how frankie chooses it to surround himself with?

Think Ireland could be gone in 20 years time.

Let’s not forget that Pope Francis’ much lauded comment on homosexuality (“Who am I to judge?”) had for its context a curial official, a monsignor, who had a weakness for rent boys. Francis may not be totally corrupt but he is fairly corrupt.

“Pope Francis’s famous quip ‘Who am I to judge?’ could go a long way toward explaining his initial attitude toward Theodore McCarrick, the defrocked and disgraced American cardinal who was the subject of a two-year Vatican investigation that was released last week. Francis uttered the line on July 29, 2013, four months into his pontificate, when he was asked en route home from his first papal trip about reports of a sexually active gay priest whom he had just promoted.”

Utter nonsense, right?

I’m very naive, can you help me. I am sat here wondering whether there is any connection between giving favours, and receiving favours. (Even in Atlantic-battered islands?) So then what in fact is the thing that is “consensual” and what is being f****d, and who besides them is being f****d? I dimly recall, many years back, talk of “being inserted”. I’ve no idea whether anything became of that. It was a mystery wrapped in an enigma. I’m so grateful to testify that a less complicated attitude to authority is more “inviting”.

This man + Bonny in Belgium make sense about the whole business of sexuality and the Church. It’s refreshing. I wonder why Francis didn’t have some way of stopping that idiotic CDF announcement. Surely something as significant as that should have to pass over his dests ? Anyhow, The + Bonny approach really heartens me.

One thing that caught my eye there 👇

‘ In the webinar, hosted by The Tablet, he said that as many as 2,000 people had cancelled their baptismal registrations in the Flemish dioceses in Belgium, a traditionally strongly Catholic country’.

Why can’t we do this here in Ireland re cancelled baptismal registration? 🤔🤔🤔🤔

The faction that has gradually taken over the Vatican almost completely has got particularly bossy of late. Spare a thought for sincere clergy and bishops of some of the better-run rural suffragan dioceses that get insulted by metropolitans and Rome simultaneously. Another new rule ought to be addressed to us all, only give money to your parish treasurer (with or without conditions), not to pretend religious orders, nor invisible prelatures, nor snazzy newfangled sodalities. Furthermore the tendency is for City State business to spill over from its overt actual government into all the church dicasteries, overloading what faith is. Just one example of this bad trend was making pro-nuncios into nuncios. The world increasingly looks to the Vatican as the model for conduct just when the Vatican gets more out of step. Why was a half baked “catechism” brought in? Different reforms were needed in different countries, and still are. We should get asked our opinions. Verdict: there is a whole bunch of them that “could do better”. Ascension is the heart of both Resurrection and Pentecost, so if we pray this Ascension tide, God will help us (communicants and non-communicants alike) to do our part to make our neighbourhood / diocese church better.
