WAS FR LOMASNEY PART OF A LARGER GROUP OF MEN INVOLVED IN CHURCH SEX AND OTHER DARK ACTIVITIES?

There is clear evidence emerging that Fr Lomasney was part of a larger group of men who were involved in having gay sex in churches and other even darker activities.

This group, which still exists, chat with each other on gay dating sites like Grindr and Fabguys and arrange meetings in people’s houses and outdoors in wooded areas.

The group has members who are priests as well as laymen. It is believed that members of the Garda are also involved.

The group also is involved in Satanic rituals.

This at least partially explains why these men are desecrating churches by behaving sacrilegiously on church altars.

We are aware of the incident involving Fr Lomasney on the altar of Kildorrery Church.

It has now emerged that there was a similar  incident that took place in a Dublin church.

It has also emerged that there was a third person present at the Kildorrery incident.

That third person, who was involved with Fr Lomasney at Kildorrery, continued to boast about his part in the incident to other men in gay dating sites conversations, even after the death of Fr Lomasney.

The third person may have taken the photographs we have seen?

The group appear to be active in the Kildare and Kilkenny areas but also have men visiting from all parts of Ireland.

This group has also threatened those who oppose or seek to “out” them with violence.

WHY SATANISM?

I do not know what attracts people to Satanism and the occult.

Is it an attempt to break all boundaries and taboos?

Is it about increasingly taking newer and more dangerous risks -with the increasing risks bringing more pleasure with them?

Of course, it is not just gay people who take an onterest in the occult.

But I am becoming more aware of small groups of gay men being attracted to the occult, the violent, extreme sexual activities, drugs etc.

Sadly, things like this inevitably lead to harm, violence and even death.

Its a very dark area and it bewilders me why any priest would go there?

A priest having sex on an altar is an evil act.

Does the bishop of Galway, Brendan Kelly know this or is he playing along and fooling us?

Satanic is the only word which would help to explain what happened on the altar at Kildorrery. That the church has not been reconsecrated after it’s desecration is beyond belief.

Maybe the bishop there is involved in some way in these satanic activities. Maybe that is why he did not reconsecrate.

The existence of any organised perverted sex group of any kind involving “professional” people of different backgrounds, including clergy, is very concerning, if true. To engage in sexual orgies in a Church is truly satanic and any person found doing so should be before a court. We must have facts though, not hearsay. There is sadly, a lessening of any sense of the sacred in our culture and a modern illness is that of experimenting with the human psyche through drugs, extreme sex, alcohol, sado masochistic rituals….Many of our younger people seem to accept this all too easily. If we speak about moral responsibilities, we are ridiculed. There is a spiritual malaise in our world that is being filled with the high of sex, alcohol and drugs. I do not know of a Dublin Church incident. Did it involve a priest? I know of a Church where druggies in broad daylight have had their fix in porchway – all caught in cctv. I am quite certain that the Bishop of Galway is aware of Fr. Conor’s sabatical. Absolutely nothing wring with this. Let’s not start conspiracy theories. Despite the sickening aspect of Fr. Lomanseys actions, i think he was a deeply troubled man and I hope he is at rest. Pat, I would like to be given real evidence about your summations rather than just “I heard” or “I believe”. The full truth matters.

‘Through some crack the smoke of Satan has entered the Church’? There is no ‘some’ about it: the crack is called ‘the clergy’.

Pope Benedict XVI himself admitted as much when he said: ‘It is we (the clergy) who bring this filth into the Church’. (Source: television documentary Secrets of the Vatican)

Jesus Christ did NOT establish a new priesthood to replace levitical (Jewish) priesthood. When will this penny drop loudly enough for even the most skeptical to hear?

Historically, ALL the problems the Church has suffered have been down to Roman Catholic clergy. Every crisis in the Church’s timeline, bar none, has had priests as its cause and effect.

Get rid of clergy and the Church will, in time, recover. Retain them and be prepared to endure many more such moral outrages by priests as featured on today’s blog, and much worse.

These men collectively are wreaking grave spiritual harm on Catholics and on themselves. STOP throwing money at them: their parasitical indolence feeds their baser appetites and prompts their moral depravity.

For God’s sake, and for yours, waken up from moral stupor to the degenerative effect of priesthood in the Church, on the Church, and on the wider world.

The tedious and repetitive nonsensical beating of his drum by mc about the priesthood and the intentions of the historical Jesus make one thing clear: the person he is thereby attempting to convince is himself.

The amusing aspect is he hasn’t marshalled even a shred of academic evidence to support his twisted and perverted obsession.

Let him cite three published sources to substantiate his conclusions about Jesus’ intentionality and the emergence of Christian ministries of deacon, elder and overseer.

Like

I don’t need academic evidence. Truth is its own attestation. And the truth is clear from the Gospel, and from the New Testament as a whole.

There were NO priests in the early years of the church; this is historical fact. Believers met in one another’s homes, where someone was chosen to preside. Likely, the presider was male, considering the patriarchal structure of contemporary Jewish society, but this is not certain. We know that Jesus’ treatment of women was far less patriarchal: he was a leveller of humanity, breaking down hierarchical barriers and divisions. It is entirely possible, therefore, that women, too, acted as presiders at the eucharistic memorial. Whatever the truth here may be, there were no priests.

I suspect that you are a priest, given the defensiveness of your post.

What you must remember is that, historically, the fruit of RC priesthood, as a whole, has been corruption and fracture in the Church, and a source and sustainment of disunity. Christ unites, not divides. He did not, therefore, will priesthood. As he said, a kingdom divided against itself cannot stand. Common sense alone should tell you that historical RC priesthood confirms his very words.

Until the Church returns to the simple arrangement of its earliest years, it will not heal, because there is no power to heal in deviation from Christ’s clear will.

Another priest? Or the one earlier?
You are not familiar with the gospels, are you?
Why was Jesus hounded from the Nazareth synagogue by enraged congregants? I’ll give you a hint: because he dared to identify himself, a mere carpenter (and the son of a carpenter) with the figure in Isaiah, the text from which he was reading aloud and which was commonly understood at the time as an allusion to the Messiah: ‘Today this scripture has been fulfilled in your hearing.’ Now THERE’S homespun biblical theology! And his lsteners liked it so much they sought to throw him over a cliff.
Nor is this isn’t the only gospel instance of such criticism.

I have no idea if Fr Lomansey was involved in a Satanic group, but I doubt it somehow. Discovering he was HIV+ and a priest may have been enough to push him over the edge. There is also a distinct possibility he had no one to turn to in the awful situation he found himself in. Of course, he could have turned to you, Bp Pat, for support and guidance.

Like

@ 9.05am. You must be having a laugh. Mr. Lomasney would not have turned to Mr. Buckley for support and guidance. That would be like visiting Jack the Ripper for a haircut. That is not to denigrate Mr. Buckley for the much good I am sure he does, but with Mr. Lomasney’s name plastered all over the blog it would not incline him to seek refuge in the blog master. With the Church and the world in such a sorry state it is not easy to know who you can trust, but trust is vital and that only comes with time and discernment. I would have hoped that AA might have helped, but with his face also appearing on this blog, and maybe elsewhere, his anonymity was also less assured.

10.08: You are intellectually wrong. Society is evolving all the time. Our understanding of ourselves as human beings evolves; our cultural norms evolve; economics, philosophy and world religions evolve. They rarely remain static. Many have rejected formal, organised religion for a myriad of reasons, many have returned to pagan rituals, reverencing their ancestral lineage and beliefs. Many have just gone on new “spiritual” pathways, many engage in dark, weird satanic rituals. Society has offered many alternatives of a new age philosophy, humanism and atheism. People choose different visions of life. When we find ourselves unable to chart a meaningful pathway for ourselves we can fall into a great darkness of despair. I do feel that Christian communities have much to offer by way of giving hope and healing and purpose to people. It’s not all gloom and doom and failure!! Not from my perspective. The reference points of hope, security and comfort of our Christian faith have been very damaged, sadly.

If I am wrong explain how I am wrong – it’s too easy to be rude and condescending when your as intellectually brilliant as you!!!!!!
If I may just say too.
Pope John Paul blamed society and the culture for the loss of a sense of sin whilst at the same overseeing the dark heart of his papacy with scandals such as Calvi, Macial, and industrial strength cover up of child abuse.
Pope Emeritus Benedict blamed flirtatious children and the 60’s on clerical child abuse.
Clergy often lament the culture for loss of the sacred.
They say of clergy that they love to have a lay person or anybody really but themselves to blame.
My non intellectual but self evident point is the fault, the blame, the fault, the fault, the most egregious fault for the loss of the sense of sin, clerical child abuse and the loss of the sacred can be placed fairly, squarely and forever at the door of the RCC’s clerical caste.

1.04: I merely stated that your observation at 10.08 was too shallow and generalised. I stated in my comment of 12.56 that the reference points of our spiritual securities have been damaged, by which I meant, the clerical sexual abuse scandals, criminal and corrupt behaviour and cover up by the institutional church. Of course these egregious and monstrous activities have destroyed our spiritual, faith and moral integrity. I don’t deny this. Neither am I rude or obnoxious: if stating that I feel you are intellectually wrong is rude and obnoxious: sorry. I still believe that human life, philosophical thinking and our understanding of the evolution of things are impacting on our faith/religious/spiritual dimensions and realities. My reading and absorption of psychology, theology and philosophy in the 70’s are hugely changed in 2021. Our thought patterns change, our perceptions of life and human nature are constantly changing. The emptiness of “spirituality” in our modern, broken world is multi faceted, the breakdown of religious traditions being one facet. For those who once looked to the church for religious comfort and moral guidance, they have legitimate reason to criticise and walk away, if they choose to do so. This is regrettable but I acknowledge the role the church scandals have played in this reality.

I strongly believe that the missing link which explains the stories you have been covering today and yesterday is crystal methamphetamine. I understand this (and the associated chemsex scene) is now as rife in Dublin and Belfast as it is in London. The substance basically disables the inhibitory function in the brain causing reckless behaviour, and potentially giving free rein to any unintegrated aspects of the personality. This is likely to manifest itself in clergy and religious displaying an interest in the occult (the “shadow self”). Not wanting to overgeneralise, but clergy and religious are relatively likely to suffer a lack of integration because Catholic teaching and spiritual practice tend not to encourage the individual to accommodate the dark side of the personality in a mature way. Hence so much addiction.
The case of Stefano Brizzi shows what can go wrong.

Archbishop Conti stopped nothing at all.
Poor Mario getting mentioned in a filth Book by Devlin.
Mario was not the Aarchbishop at the time of the downfall it was Philip Tartaglia who was appointed Administrator for nearly a year to Edinburgh and it drained Philip.
Rome took over the full situation and parachuted Leo Cushley in and moved Robson to Dunkeld.
Devlin does not mention the pyjama parties and starts about whistle blowers but we all know the main whistle blower has passed away and with Brian’s expertise he would be a great help to him.
Edinburgh bun fight was over a mitre and power and strangely enough the short lived mitre went to Robson and not the then Cathedral Administrator.
Very selective writing by Brian but them Columba books take anyone.
Brian’s book is on par with Matthew Despard’s and thankfully both are under control with Brian gone and hopefully Despard soon.

With reference to society it is blindingly clear that the ongoing inability of the church to select or control its clergy is a real problem for society. I personally favour states intervening to control the church if it won’t come to heel, however the laity must not forget the power they actually have. Don’t forget how they moaned because of lessened donations during lockdown (any stated financial problem was a lie, by the way). You have the power to force the church to change – come to think of it a church which is forced to use its amassed wealth to stay going would be a better church across the board.
