I spent most of yesterday in alerting the police and animal welfare to a puppy farm / Mill here in Larne.
There were three mother dogs and 11 puppies living in filth and squalor in the small back yard of a house.
Here are the photos of the poor creatures that I took.

The lady dogs were malnourished with ribs showing and loss of their coat.
The puppies were all huddled together in one kennel shivering.
A witness last night saw a thug who is supposed to be looking after them kicking one of the mothers in the stomach.
The owner of the dogs is on the run and there is an arrest warrant out for him.
The thug looking after the dogs was arrested last night for battering his girlfriend.
The owner is selling the puppies for Β£ 800 each.
The house is also a drugs den.
In any event I got the police and animal welfare involved.
A vet came and assessed the dogs and they have been taken into the care of animal welfare.
PUPPY MILL OWNER
ANIMAL LOVER
I am an animal lover. I’ve always had dogs as pets and still do.
Any person who abuses or hurts animals is sub human and deserves really serious punishment.
Maybe put them in with a lion π¦ and tell them to try abusing it.

Pat, what cruelty to animals. It’s horrendous. I hope the perpetrators are caught and brought to court. I also hope you’ll be safe after reporting this abuse which was the right thing to do. These thugs who abuse animals should be in prison.

11.54 true, they are fuelling demand and yet there are plenty animals available for rehoming all over the UK and Ireland again as some of the people that adopted or bought dogs during work at home/Covid lockdown actually brought animals to shelters when they had to go back in offices! What happened to the decades old mantra advertised by animal welfare groups βa dog is for life, not just for Christmasβ. We live in a disposable Society, once anyone β animal or human is an inconvenience to some or have something they want, itβs target for abuse time. Sickening π€’

These evil, greedy bastards & bitches snatch happy dogs from good loving homes & on discovering they are no good to them for breeding if neutered etc, they dump them miles from home, they sometimes suffering horrendous injuries or death when thrown from speeding vehicles or can be dogs on medication so die without it. During the lockdown, people took on dogs and did not think about the consequences of returning to the workplace – with the result that many are now abandoned. My office allows you to bring dogs in, but few people take that up. The other thing is that with supply and demand, the prices shot up. My German Shepherd cost me Β£400 in 2013. Now, they are Β£1200, and prices have not come down. No wonder unscrupulous rogues are cashing in with no thought to the dog’s welfare. It’s not just dogs though. My niece bought two baby rabbits for Β£60 each and took them home and they died within the week – they were riddled with worms. She reported the breeder to the RSPCA and to the website Pets4Homes but no action.

Not surprised that you have Betty Turpin and Mattie Carlin on your blog today as two four weeks ago I contacted betty to inform her that Pope Francis has issued a Morto Proprio on the Latin Mass however he thinks I am a Pat Buckley associate.
So I have wrote to Cardinal Elect Arthur Roche informing him that Betty is deligating the Sacrement of Confirmation and not even 60 years of age yet so if she is unfit to do her duties according to Canon Law then it is time to go.
I also inform him of Mattie celebrating Latin Masses and semi LMB so we will see what happens.
Betty thinks Glasgow 2029 well I think not as Rome will be fed up reading about her incompitence backed by the Paisley Daisy chain.
If Father Patten has any sence as a Good Priest he should get out the Curia and let Kennean get on with Paisley Five Daisy chain members.

Connect with a local animal shelter as most are grateful to receive help with feeding and housing dumped animals & this frees up more funds for the expensive veterinary care many abused animals need for long periods of time. They will normally accept donations of any small or larger quantities canned and dry animal food.
Some also take old blankets, duvets, sheets etc suitable for animal bedding as well as old newspapers.
Domestic abuse shelters will normally accept donations of dried goods, cans & rice, pasta etc and good useable clothes for adults and children and toys as often those fleeing domestic violence leave home with little or nothing.
Lidl Supermarket has a system where a free sanitary product can be claimed each month on their Lidl card app. Regardless of gender, please Consider registering for this as it includes the expensive tampons @ β¬6 that can be donated to a domestic abuse shelter.
In date Supermarket Money off vouchers & coupons can also be donated.
Thank you.

12.12: This priest is doing exactly what heβs called to do as a priest: to preach the truths and teachings of the Church, morally and theologically. However, as his first encounter with parishioners, he chose the wrong themes. Now, he has caused further and deeper hurt to all who have struggled and who continue to struggle with their sexuality. This is a most unfortunate direction to take in his assuming responsibility for St. Marys. Generally, itβs wise and prudent to get to know parishioners over at least a year; observe whats happening; get to know key people and groups; discern whatβs working well and what requires reorganizing; familiarise yourself with needs within the community and connect up with all groups without judgment or exclusion, particularly with all who have a profile within the parish, those working to make their parish a more welcoming, caring, Christian place, excluding no one. No priest in preaching the truths of the Church should use words and language which hurt, denigrate, degrade and dehumanize others, irrespective of their background, sexual orientation, sexual identity or colour. No priest should abrogate to himself an absolutist power and use it to smash others. What an abuse!!

Yes. But the teaching of the church on same-sex relations is changing with the advances in science and psychology and their impact on ethics and epistemology. Itβs only a few centuries back since theologians were claiming women had no souls, based on pseudoscientific concepts. Or since the abolition of slavery was fiercly resisted by the RCC inter alios. Or since the evils of racism were only gradually and relictanty recognised.
