Does Ger Fitzgerald have that overall sense of entitlement that so many priests seem to have?
Those photographs were taken by Karen herself and on her phone.
She is the one with copyright to those photographs surely?
Ger should have explicitly asked Karen’s permission to use then – especially as he has published them in a book that he will be making profits from.
He tried to cover himself with the following piece in the book:
He knew that Karen is the copyright holder of those photographs.
He made NO EFFORT to contact Karen and seek her permission to publish.
Once again, Ger, showing arrogance and disrespect for the normal manners in life.
I believe Karen should sue Ger over breack of copyright.
