Ryan M. Aleer is a doctoral researcher at the Faculty of Theology and Religious Studies, KU Leuven, and a member of the Research Unit Systematic Theology and Study of Religion.
His previous studies include a Bachelor (double honours) in History and Philosophy from Maynooth University, Ireland, in 2008, and a Bachelor of Sacred Theology from the Pontifical Gregorian University, Rome, in 2011. After several years working as the Diocesan Advisor for Religious (Primary) Education in the Archdiocese of Armagh (Ireland), he obtained a Research Master: Master of Advanced Studies in Theology and Religion with a major in Systematic Theology, as well as a Licentiate of Sacred Theology, at KU Leuven in 2021. He has just completed a Master of Education at Queen’s University, Belfast (2022).
His doctoral research, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Lieven Boeve and Prof. Dr. Didier Pollefeyt, explores the systematic theological foundations of the Catholic Dialogue School. A study of the dialogical philosophies of Emmanuel Lévinas and Martin Buber will help the project propose a rich concept of dialogue with which to understand divine revelation. This, in turn, hopes to provide the systematic theological underpinnings for a vision of the Catholic Dialogue School in the post-secular, post-Christian, and post-conflict context of Northern Ireland.
He is a member of the European Society for Catholic Theology, the European Academy of Religion.
I have had direct contact with young men who claim that they have been sexually assaulted by Ryan Mc Aleer!
I know for a fact that EamonMartin has personally some of these victims.
I know for a fact that the Armagh Safeguarding Officer, Aidan Gordan.
One of those victims has told me personally that Eamon Martin said HE BELIEVED HIM!
After one incident a young man was left with serious human bite marks on his body!
One young male victim made a formal complaint to the PSNI and that complaint was vestigated – resulting in the situation where it was the victim’s word against the word of the alleged perpetrator.
Since ordination in 2012 Ryan Mc Aleer has been the blue eyed boy and given pleasant and cushy appointments.
He has been the favourite of first Brady and now E Martin.

Mc Aleer has been a priest for 10 years. And for most of that time he has been hanging around schools and doing further studies – all paid for by Eamon Martin.
He has also been supported and lionised by the local GAA.
Living in the Dungannon are he has earned a reputation for his heavy drinking and associated with the use of other substances.
He has laughed in the faces of people who have told him that Karma will catch up with him.
