DID THESE CLERICS GIVE COURT REFERENCES TO WIFE BEATING UNDERTAKER?

DES MAGUIRE BEAT HIS WIFE

FROM GLASGOW PRIEST:

“Our understanding is Bishop Keenan, Mgr Hugh Bradley, Mgr Paul Murray and Canon Anthony Gallagher all gave character references but Mgr Bradley asked to have his withdrawn after tje archbishop and archdiocesan lawyers told him to and told him how the case would go”.

WERE THESE MAGUIRES 4 REFEREES?

KEENAN AKA BETTY TURPIN
HUGH BRADLEY
PAUL MURRAY
ANTHONY GALLAGHER

ARREST AND BAIL

Since arrest and during his bail Des has been residing with both Canon Anthony Gallagher and Fr Dominic Quinn.

PAT SAYS

It can be a kindness to help SOME people before the courts by writing a reference.

But that kindness has to be balanced with the rights and needs of the victim and, indeed, the public good.

Domestic violence is a scourge on the community.

We clergy must do all we can to highlight and oppose domestic violence in all its forms.

Giving domestic violence perpetrators character references is NOT the way to go.

Bishop Pat, I heard a rumour you might be leading another retreat for our wee group again in Ayrshire this year. I hope this is correct because I thoroughly enjoyed the last one (my first) and the laughter we all had besides the spiritual input.

I hope you have permission from the Bishop to conduct such a retreat in Ayrshire. A trip out to a whisky distillery is hardly appropriate as a retreat like your last one.

Domestic violence is a horrible reality for all involved, women and children particularly. None of us ever knows what goes on behind closed doors in relationships and families. No abuse should be tolerated or excused. EVER. Priests are often asked to write a reference for parishioners or to allow your name be given as a contact for a reference. Often we write references on the basis of our knowledge of the person. I would only ever write one if I knew the person really well. It’s risky writing one if you’re uncertain about the person or don’t know them too well. My approach now is not to write a reference unless I am very acquainted with the person. I would certainly not write a reference if I thought the person was an abuser.

My family members have being victimised by clergy with a not so well hidden agenda for quite some now.
It’s not surprising that they would support a wife beater at least until it was made clear to them that there may be consequences for themselves.

Shame on Gallagher & Quinn for housing a rich bad tempered undertaker who beats his wife and traumatises his own children.
Shame, shame, shame on these representatives of what has been long recognised as an anti-woman and child church the Roman Catholic Church.
It seems to attract a specific type of bisexual, homosexual or asexual type with a particular vendetta against women and children and not found much outside of those who follow ministry.

The Daisy Chain were out in force:
Mgr Bradley presided but can’t stand, breath and preach at the same time and is too obese to give out Communion;
his MC was the teacher and meal attender Mr Mark McGuire.
another Daisy Chain Host, Canon Anthony Gallagher, presided over the Final Commendation.

One of those priests mentioned has been supporting the wife, McGuire isn’t happy about it at all. Overheard him moaning about it to people.

More is the pity, he was the only one who told it as it is. up front he stated that Francis 2019 Motu Proprio Vos estis lux mundi in collaboration with the world’s leading bishops and heads of religious order institutes, that alone gives cause for concern, “The foxes minding the chicken coop” Zollner says it is not working, as we can all see. Even with this month’s updated and definitive changes to that document, it cannot be viable, because it gives the Bishops far too much leeway, they have proven over, and over, and over again, they cannot be trusted to police themselves.
I see the brown nose diver Cardinal Seán P. O’Malley has sanction the changes stating “the church’s ongoing work of preventing sexual abuse by ministers of the Roman Catholic church received a further boost.” despite the fact, the updated version does not demand to provide mandatory and explicit steps for revealing publicly when a Roman Catholic bishop has been asked to or forced to resign because of sexual abuse or covering up sex abuse.
How the hell is this meant to to improve matters for children and vulnerable adults? It appears to be a paper exercise, to mollify the faithful, and of course improve the tattered image of the Catholic church standing. You are the light of the world, indeed!!! That maybe so, however we can’t say the same for the Catholic church and it’s leader (s) and Bishops, some who covertly sexually abuse and the rest coverup their crimes for them crimes involving Roman Catholic children.

Thankfully we have organisations such as Bishopsaccountability who will reveal publicly, Roman Catholic Bishops accused of sexual abuse. The following is a reminder from the above organisation they are monitoring and exposing even if the Roman Catholic church Bishops are not.

To Pope Francis on the Occasion of the 10th Anniversary of His Pontificate
Bishops investigated under Vos estis lux mundi because of sexual abuse allegations
Bishop Carlos Belo, Timor-Leste – CASE ONGOING
Sanctioned in 2020 for sexual abuse of minors, but the Vatican kept his crimes secret. Belo is supposedly under a fresh Vatican investigation, presumably under Vos estis, in the wake of a shocking media exposé in the fall of 2022.
Bishop Jean-Pierre Blais, Canada – CASE ONGOING
Publicly accused in December 2022 of sexually abusing a 12-year-old in the 1970s. According to the Québec archdiocese, the allegation was reported to church superiors in compliance with Vos estis lux mundi.
Bishop John B. Brungardt, United States – “CLEARED”
Accused of child sexual abuse, stepped down from his position as bishop of Dodge City KS, and resumed office a year later, after prosecutors declined to charge him and the Vatican decided there was no evidence he had abused. See more.
Bishop Nicholas DiMarzio, United States – “CLEARED”
Faced two allegations of child sexual abuse although not criminally charged. Vatican decided there was no semblance of truth to the allegations and no canonical process was necessary. Click here for details.
Bishop Charles Edward Drennan, New Zealand – SANCTIONED
Sanctioned for sexually abusing women. Click here for details.
Archbishop Jean-Pierre Grallet, O.F.M., France – CASE ONGOING

Bishop Edward Grosz, United States – CASE ONGOING

Pope Francis deemed both allegations unworthy of a full investigation.
Cardinal Jean-Pierre Ricard, France – CASE ONGOING

Given the dismal record of the Roman Catholic Church in its treatment of women and children, is anyone even remotely surprised that these corrupt perjuring liars from the gay hot tub in the undertakers garden would go in court to provide a character reference for their buddy and in the meantime rest assured they will be busy besmirching the character and good name of Mrs Margaret Maguire in every nook and cranny of her personal and professional life and in the lives of all related to her school going children etc.
That’s what they do.

We all know how well it would go if they were ever presented with actual evidence a child was abused by a priest.
But of course ‘forgive’ is church speak and here translates as ‘shut up about’ our lovely priests so that they & the cough up sheep can all forget their sexual and financial predilections and carry on pretending that they are “good people”.

With all the changes in the law and the modern tolerance of sexual orientation stories of gay people are non stories for many newspapers.
Also these priests and seminarians have broken no law or committed any crime as the law sees such activity as being consenting adults.
Rather, these are matters affecting Catholic morality and discipline.
A sexually active priest is regarded as the Church as breaching his promise of celibacy or his vow if chastity.
The issue is not criminal
Within the Church it is a moral and disciplinary matter.
As the RCC sees homosexuality as a “disorder” sexually active gay priests are “disordered”.
Are “disordered” people suitable for priesthood
The ongoing torrent of new sexual, financial and other scandals emerging daily about the international Roman Catholic Church confirms it to be an entirely immoral organisation headed up by the most corrupt of cardinals, Archbishops, Bishops, priests, deacons, paid and voluntary staff and not forgetting the “faithful”.
Rotten to the core from the top to the bottom and vice versa all headed up by Fraudulent Frankie in the Swiss governed Vatican State located close to Roman gay saunas for maximum convenience of resident and visiting clergy.

I’m not sure that priests and bishops giving character witness for somebody in a court will hold much weight these days. People see clergy and now instinctively feel a sense of distrust and that there is something shady going on. The days of implicit trust have long since gone. And who, pray tell, is responsible for that ? Clergy themselves, of course, because of their duplicity, lies, coverup, double lives, hypocrisy, and egregious crimes against the vulnerable and children that they have committed. They have lost all integrity and trust.

It’s no surprise that you rarely see a priest walking around wearing a clerical collar. They know that as soon as people see that it is a warning sign that this priest person is shady and not to be trusted. The clerical collar is a big barrier. Again, they only have themselves to blame.

I am of the very firm but fair opinion that it is deeply wrong to excoriate the Church, since it has always done its best and utmost to spread the gospel of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.
We must understand that popes bishops and priests are under unspeakable demonic stress, so sometimes they will break and do objectionable things. But we can overlook these if we observe the Bigger Picture.
If we study all the good these men have done, we can relax in the knowledge that they, despite their peccadilloes, have our best interests at heart.

Where have you been for the last 40 years? Its done it’s best to spread the gospel, to uneducated poor people, destroying their own cultures and beliefs.
Don’t be so childish demonic stress!!! Well if their was such stress it would emanate from their very own selves, they have free will, so we are told to choose, and many choose the unimaginable, you probable call it sin, I call it what it is, crimes against humanity.
Objectionable things, what like?
you mean ticking a crucifix up the anus of a child, fellatio to a child expecting the same heinous action from a child, watching child hideous pornography, where some child somewhere is being both physically and, sexually abused for the sexual gratification of that Roman Catholic priest. You maybe able to overlook such crimes I CANNOT and WILL NOT. Peccadilloes!!!! What sort of mentality have you? You are seriously warped, you must see what is written on this blog everyday, and yet you are of the opinion it’s all a storm in a teacup, is it possible you are trying to minimise your own actions?
The Roman Catholic church certainly has not our best interests at heart, their interest is first themselves, then the institution that supports them, I bet they imitate and, make jeering fun of those faithful who are sincere, but are convenient for money handouts. The Roman Catholic church is there for the money, some of the unfortunate faithful believe the more money they throw at it, the more likely they are to pave a path to eternal life, God give them sense.

The problem, and it is a serious problem, is that the RCC institution is a criminal enterprise capable of high level crime – imagine if Apple or IBM or Amazon were exposed as having not just a few but thousands of middle managers accused and convicted of child rape and their superiors just moved them on to avoid scandal and reputational damage, there would be uproar.
The mystery is the laity continue to support them but this is only explicable in terms of cult like behaviour, fear and a slave mentality (Nietzsche).
The pope is in effect a Don who allegedly has a fierce rage and is prone to outburst of expletives which would shock a sailor.

A DISAPPOINTING 10 YEARS OF POPE FRANCIS ON ABUSE
Vatican City(Vatican City)
National Catholic Reporter [Kansas City MO]
March 29, 2023
By David G. Clohessy
” A widely known and well-respected world figure is once again taking on the Catholic Church over its abuse crisis, speaking more forcefully than ever before. Asking for forgiveness “is not enough,” he says.
Victims, he says, have to be “at the center” of everything.
He insists there must be “concrete actions to repair the horrors they have suffered and to prevent them from happening again.”
The Catholic Church must set an example in helping to solve the problem and “bring it to light,” he says. Strong words, no?
Here’s the problem, though: the man saying these things is the man who can do these things. Pope Francis himself, in a carefully choreographed new video released earlier this month (March 2), talks tough about abuse, as though he is someone outside the church looking in. But he is, of course, the ultimate church “insider,” the man at the top of a very clear and rigid hierarchy, the one person who has the most power — indeed, nearly limitless power — to prevent abuse, expose wrongdoers, release records, rebuild trust and help victims heal.”

Aside from the obvious amadan, the Maguires are good people. A strong family whose name he has brought to the gutter with him. I’m sure they will be, and absolutely should be, supporting Maggie and the kids in all of this, and will be horrified at what’s gone on.

The charade was always going to come crashing down at some stage. The big family, dragging all the kids to mass, the push on Irish dancing, the donations to school causes, sponsoring gaelic football teams. It was and is all nothing but a huge marketing campaign. Some years ago my husband and I were invited to a social function ( black tie) by Mr Maguire.
What started as a fairly pleasant evening soon took on a whole different tone. His guests were quite openly treated to an exercise in how to embarrass your wife in public. This was followed by an upsurge in insulting behaviour towards her to be completed, before coffee was even served, by a masterclass in the humiliation of the mother of his children in front of guests.
But what made this whole tawdry debacle even worse were the two priests at table who thought the whole thing was very funny. They sniggered and tittered at Mrs Maguire’s distress.
Both my husband and I along with another couple, similarly disgusted, offered excuses and left.
The two clergy both obviously enjoying the benefits of having their greedy snouts in Mr Des corporate trough. I believed they stayed.
That night told me volumes about this excuse of a man and his recent exposure has been both thoroughly deserved and long overdue.
There was to be a postscript concerning these two priests but the I’m sure that will be exposed in due course.

Enough said! He has come from that background where bad managers never get fired, in 2023 a Conservative MP has blamed “far too many overpaid and utterly useless senior managers” for what he described as the “shambles of the NHS”.
Those are just the right type of assessments and “accolades” which are desirable in a young man entering the Roman Catholic priesthood, the Roman Catholic church is yet another failing institution where you rarely get fired irrespective what wrong is committed, embezzlement, child sexual abuse, hetero and homosexual relationship, money for indulgences, ability to dress up, free housing, money for providing most of the sacraments. What’s not to like? it’s much more cushy than the NHS. No wonder some women are champing at the bit, for ordination to the priesthood.

CATHOLIC CHURCH ABUSE SURVIVORS GROUP SAYS POPE IGNORED THEIR LETTER
Wellington (New Zealand)
Radio New Zealand [Wellington, New Zealand]
March 27, 2023
“A support group for survivors of abuse within the Catholic Church has sent an open letter to the pope claiming a coverup, secrecy and denial of abuse by the church in this country. The Survivors Network of those Abused by Priests, SNAP, said the church’s redress process was secretive and denied a survivor’s right to natural justice. SNAP said it wrote to Pope Francis in September last year, but never got a reply. ”We informed you of ongoing coverup and denial of credible complaints of clerical abuse and child sexual assault through a secretive A Path to Healing – Te Houhanga Rongo redress process.’ ”We are disappointed to not have had the courtesy of a reply or acknowledgement of our letter.” SNAP is calling on the pope to instruct church leaders in New Zealand to initiate an urgent, independent and transparent external audit of its redress and safeguarding system.”

From Bishop Egan, Portsmouth, re Priests Retirement Fund:
At the end of last year, I wrote in e-News that, as part of the changes to our charitable structure, our Trustees had decided to apply to the Charity Commission for the Portsmouth Roman Catholic Diocese Priest Retirement Fund (PRF) to become a ‘special trust’ within the newly incorporated Diocesan Charity. Since then, we have been working with the Charity Commission and our legal advisers to find the best way to do this, ensuring that the Priests Retirement Fund is ringfenced and that it can be used only for its purpose, while addressing some of the complex matters, we faced with the previous arrangements. The Charity Commission has now granted the relevant authorisations and made the Order to make the PRF a ‘special trust’ of the Catholic Diocese of Portsmouth. It now has a new name and charity number: Catholic Diocese of Portsmouth – Priests Retirement Fund 1199568-7.
Under the new arrangements, the funds and assets of the PRF are secure and remain ring-fenced. This includes the Closer to Christ monies raised for the PRF, which can only be used for the charitable purposes of the PRF, that is, the care of our retired priests. The new structure gives specific responsibilities to the Priest Retirement Committee (previously called the PRF Management Board) in overseeing the use of funds. The trustees are also able to delegate responsibilities to it for other important matters. It is my responsibility as the Bishop to care for all our priests, especially our retired priests. I am grateful to the PRF Management Board, chaired by Monsignor Paul Townsend, for their good work and also to Canon David Hopgood, Vicar for Clergy, for his oversight of the day-to-day care of our retired priests. I am pleased that this will continue as part of the new arrangements. I am immensely grateful to all who support our priests in retirement with their time, talent and treasure; your generosity and love are greatly appreciated.

Joseph Corola SJ from the Gregorian University, Canon Dominic and the Knights of St. Columba from Jersey, as well as brothers and sisters from the other Christian communities, including Revs. Maureen Roberts, Sarah Hall and Philippa White. Fr. Edward, who said his First Mass in Chandlers Ford where for many years he was an altar server, now returns to Jersey as assistant priest. Please pray for him and his ministry there these next weeks and months. Meanwhile, in e-News this week, we give the list of the new Pastoral Areas of our Diocese which in time we hope will become united parishes. I also invite you to join me for the Chrism Mass next week. Our prayers for Bishop Tom Williams of Liverpool who has just retired. And our prayers for Bishop David McGough who died recently. God bless you all in this Fifth Week of Lent.

O’Toole sucked up to CMOC the reward a bishop prick – he seems remarkably unsuited for the episcopate but then again effete and distinctly lacking in the testosterone department very much the order of the day!!
My impression of O’Tooole is that he has a cruel even Cruella streak – he seems to derive pleasure from inflicting pain -Freud would have enjoyed him as a patient.

Why is Kevin Connolly very close to Aidan Gallagher these days. Aidan is been investigated by the Gardai and Tulsa for an alleged offence of a minor. Aidan’s room in Maynooth was unusual full of Teddy Bears and miniature costumes like wonder woman.

lol Kevin’s friends are usually invloved in illicit scandals and criminal behavior. Pat, It’s scary to think the amount of documentation and photographs Kevin has on seminarians, priests. The Maynooth Secret keeper even has a file on Mullaney’s activities in Rome. So many men have been impacted by Kevin’s stalking and evidence gathering, how else did he survive the Stamullen incident and financial transactions between Clogher and Meath.
