The pub above is the premises where Ryan McAleer was drinking on the night he sexually seduced one of his victims.

The victim had been drinking in another pub in the town, and the customers from all pubs drifted towards the chippy van in the town.

The victim is fully honest about the fact that he had been drinking.

He also says that Ryan McAleer had a lot of drink taken.

At the chippy Ryan asked the young man back to the parochial house.

The young man recognising him as a priest accepted the invitation and expected a chat and a cup of coffee.

At the parochial house, the young man was faced with a warren of stairs and rooms.

They ended up in a sitting room.

Eventually, Ryan initiated a sexual advance.

The young man drew back, but Ryan pushed forward.

Sexual contact was made, and the young man suffered an injury.

The young man has provided Eamon Martin with details and images.

The young man made contact with the PSNI, and all information and images were shared with the police.

Correction – this is a case of an ordained priest abusing his position of trust in the community to confidence trick an unsuspecting young man back to the presbytery where he allegedly proceeded to sexually assault this young man after he had made it clear that he was not a willing party to this act. Priests seem to be educated to believe that they can force their Will on others in many different ways in everyday life. Now the gullible basket fillers are forking out for McAleers expensive lifestyle commuting between Ireland and Belgium – all another con moving him about until the heat is off him aided & abetted once again by Hierarchy. You couldn’t make it up.

If your cult shows you documentaries about how it covers up crime as part of ministry training, it is grooming you to make sure you won’t have the moral response of being disgusted and running away, and will therefore be prepared to accept further crime and corruption in the future.

In all cases of sexual assault etc it is one person’s word against another. That’s why the conviction figure for rape is 3%.

Just for the record if you are ever sexually assaulted or raped and want to maximize your chances of conviction here’s how to do it.
DO NOT clean yourself up or shower. You have the main evidence on/in you so don’t wash it off.
Go to the police immediately and take someone to support you. It is traumatic and there will be a lot of tough questioning and invasive swabbing but to get them convicted you have to prove beyond reasonable doubt they did it.
If you don’t know who it was don’t worry. Having their DNA in a database can be helpful if they do it again to establish patterns of behaviour. It’s also possible the police already have their DNA.
Take all the offers of victim support etc you can get.

1:19 Be aware that you need a high level of proof for a criminal conviction. Totally not denying that the police aren’t exactly good at dealing with these crimes, but the reason is they’re under pressure to get a certain number of convictions. If it looks unlikely (and it often is) they’ll secure a conviction they’ll refuse to investigate because wasting public resources on investigations which will never go anywhere is a total waste of effort.
In those circumstances the victim could explore a civil claim which needs a lower level of evidence but the problem there is that there is an assumption money as compensation will settle this.
Of course it won’t!
Honestly I’ve concluded that law is not the best remedy in most situations in life…
The only other option is the publish and be damned route that Bishop Pat has gone down. But that only works if you have literally no property because if your opponents are powerful they will use the money as compensation assumption of the law to ruin you.

It sounded to me that he lured that lay person to his place where he then went after him. Seduce is the wrong word cos it’s his intent to do something such as motive.
Defrock him if I were his bishop. Its a disgrace to his profession. It all goes back to whom nominated and supported him for ordination.
I don’t know his track record but it goes back to his sponsor or person the decision maker, who decided that he’s fit to become a priest.
As usual, his bishop would do nothing for now until the court decides it otherwise.

Bishop Pat. If Ryan McAleer done wrong I wouldnt support him. He was just 18 when he went to Maynooth to become a priest. No normal university life, no normal working. No normal relationships or exploring of sexuality. If he’s gay he should just come out. The church of course wants to keep some young men in the closet, keep them ashamed of being gay. Thats the only way they get vocations. This is not to excuse what Ryan did. Its just not his fault 100%. The bishops and seminaries are also to blame.

In my day a couple of priests used to hang about the nascent gay quarter, cruising around in their cars at throw out time on the look out for some little twink / rent boy to pick up. One of them did just that, then had a drunken accident with the rent boy in the car. Its still happening. In the Redemptors Mater seminary in Dundalk, County Louth there are several young men studying to be priests of the Armagh Archdiocese all from other countries. Conry had a gay brother, who died from Aids. He was always disappearing to look after the brother, which seemed like a good and charitable reason, but I think he used it also as an excuse just to be away and to have his way. He was a master at disappearing, and reappearing at the right moment with maximum impact, but essentially he was absent most of the time he was in Birmingham, particularly when at the Cathedral. I guess he was one of these characters who could just get away with it, nobody questioned him, because it was just assumed that he was Fr Perfect, was a Golden Bollocks, and was going places. He’s been spotted from minor seminary days. That’s the way it worked. V+ Vin was a bit the same, although perhaps kept his predilections. a bit more under control and within bounds.

The irony is it’s like the Fall of the Roman Empire except it’s the Fall of the Roman Catholic Church both of whom history will show is deeply connected with rampant homosexuality.

It will be two-years this July 31, since our kids’ dad, my uncle Kieron, passed away. He was only 48.
My uncle Kieron was a martial arts instructor, and he was well-lknown and respected in this respect alone. He was a renowned, meticulously avid instructor; and his eye-to-detail, that combined with his commitment to correct form, is what placed him and the other instructors – and the Grand Masters – apart.
Our kids have grown-up to show great respect for others, something which was taught by my aunty and uncle, and the wider family.
GRANDMASTER SKEN’S HISTORY.
THE BEGINNING
Grandmaster (GM) Sken was born in 1955 in Numpi, Ampur Tron Thongsaenkun, Uttaradit Province in the North of Thailand.
In 1962, Narong Kaewpadung, GM Sken’s father was appointed to the law enforcement authority for the village. Because he was unbending in his belief that justice had to be served regardless of rank or status, he won the respect and admiration of many in the community.
TRAGEDY
However, after arresting a local gangster for theft, Narong became a target for the criminals in the area. Tragically, in 1963, GM Sken’s father was assassinated. GM Sken was then only eight years old.
GM Sken’s mother suffered a nervous breakdown on hearing the news and was unable to support her two young sons. Kit, GM Sken’s elder brother, moved north to live with a family friend, while the young Sken moved to Pahkai Village to study at the local school.
There his physical education instructor, Ajarn Visaed (who happened to be the owner of a Muay Thai camp), started teaching him the noble art that was to change GM Sken’s life forever. The young Sken was presented by Ajarn Visaed with the fighting name of Narongnoi Lukborlhek; Narongnoi meaning Narong Junior and ‘Luk’ (in Lukborlek) being ‘son’. Ajarn Visaed thus became one of the most important influences in GM Sken’s Muay Thai career. More than the physical benefits that came from training, Muay Thai even then enabled the young Thai Boxer to earn ‘purses’ from fighting at numerous regional tournaments. The money earned did not extend to luxuries, but was spent on food and schooling.
YOUNG SKEN – TEMPLE BOY, STUDENT AND PRIZE FIGHTER
As rented accommodation was well out of his reach, GM Sken was accepted as a ‘temple boy’ by the Wat Phai Lom, the Buddhist temple at Uttaradit, some 140 kilometers from Chiangmai. There in the temple, he met a kindly monk, Pi Yai, who took it upon himself to teach the young acolyte Muay Thai, meditation and Buddhist philosophy, particularly the principles of calmness, respect, discipline and most importantly Dthamma (knowledge and wisdom of the Lord Buddha).
